Why I Built StartFast
I’m Herman, the founder of StartFast.
After spending time in startup and entrepreneur communities, one question kept appearing over and over again:
“How do I know whether my business idea is actually viable?”
I became frustrated with how difficult startup validation and planning actually is in the real world. Not because information is unavailable — but because startup planning is deeply interconnected.
A change in pricing affects positioning.
Marketing affects projections.
Competitors affect strategy.
Assumptions affect everything.
As a founder, you constantly have to keep the entire business in your head while making decisions with incomplete information.
That mental load is exhausting.
That became the problem I wanted StartFast to help with.
