Terms of Service
Last Updated: 25 February 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StartFast platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by StartFast ("StartFast", "we", "us", or "our").
StartFast was built on decades of real-world experience founding and scaling businesses across multiple industries. That hard-won knowledge has been systematically embedded into the Platform's frameworks, prompts, and processes — so the guidance you receive reflects what founders actually need at each stage of planning a startup, not just generic AI output.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you:
- confirm you are at least 18 years old;
- agree to comply with these Terms; and
- acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Service (IMPORTANT)
StartFast provides an AI-assisted startup support platform that generates draft materials such as:
- market research summaries
- business plans
- financial projections
- marketing plans
- branding suggestions
- legal template collections
2.1 How StartFast Works
The Platform is built on a foundation of decades of hands-on experience founding and operating businesses across a range of industries. This experience has been used to shape and structure the AI outputs — ensuring the information generated reflects what a founder genuinely needs to plan and launch a startup, not just what a general-purpose AI might produce.
To further improve the quality and reliability of outputs, StartFast employs a multi-model AI architecture. Outputs generated by one leading AI model are independently reviewed and critiqued by a separate, equally capable AI model from a different supplier. This cross-validation process is specifically designed to reduce hallucinations, identify inconsistencies, and improve the accuracy of the information provided to you.
Despite these measures, AI-generated content can still contain errors, omissions, or outdated information, and StartFast cannot guarantee the accuracy of any output. See Section 5 for full details.
2.2 Tool Only — Not Professional Advice
StartFast is a planning tool. All outputs are:
- automatically generated,
- intended to provide a structured framework to help you get started,
- informational in nature, and
- provided for general guidance only.
StartFast does NOT provide:
- financial advice
- investment advice
- legal advice
- tax advice
- marketing advice
- business advisory services
3. User Responsibility (CRITICAL)
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all business decisions.
- You must independently verify all information.
- You must conduct your own due diligence.
- You must obtain advice from qualified professionals where appropriate.
3.1 Mandatory Independent Verification
Before relying on any output from StartFast, you must:
- verify market data;
- validate financial projections;
- confirm legal compliance;
- assess commercial viability; and
- consult relevant industry experts.
Failure to do so is entirely at your own risk.
4. No Reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- You must not rely solely on any StartFast output.
- All materials are provided "as is" and "as available."
- StartFast makes no representation that any business will succeed.
5. AI and Data Limitations
StartFast employs a multi-model AI architecture in which outputs generated by one leading AI model are independently reviewed and critiqued by a separate AI model from a different supplier. The Platform's frameworks are also informed by decades of real-world founding experience across multiple industries. These measures are specifically designed to reduce errors, limit hallucinations, and improve the reliability of the information provided to you.
Despite these efforts, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may:
- contain errors,
- be incomplete,
- become outdated,
- rely on assumptions, or
- not reflect current market conditions.
StartFast does not guarantee:
- accuracy,
- completeness,
- reliability,
- profitability, or
- fitness for purpose.
6. No Investment Recommendation
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:
- an offer of securities,
- a solicitation of investment,
- financial product advice, or
- a recommendation to start or fund any business.
Users must obtain independent licensed financial advice before making investment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability (MAXIMUM PROTECTION)
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law:
StartFast, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any:
- loss of profits
- business failure
- loss of revenue
- loss of opportunity
- loss of data
- indirect loss
- consequential loss
- special damages
- reliance damages
arising from or related to:
- use of the Platform;
- reliance on generated content;
- business decisions made by you;
- inaccuracies in AI outputs; or
- third-party services.
7.1 Liability Cap
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, StartFast's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you to StartFast in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of services or the cost of resupply.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Platform unlawfully;
- submit false or misleading information;
- attempt to reverse engineer the Platform;
- misuse AI outputs;
- infringe intellectual property rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, workflows, and branding remain the property of StartFast.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use generated outputs for their internal business purposes.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party tools. StartFast is not responsible for:
- third-party accuracy,
- third-party availability, or
- external data sources.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Availability
StartFast does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StartFast from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- your use of the Platform;
- your business activities;
- your reliance on generated materials;
- your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if you breach these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
